NESTING BENCH & TABLE

Toobe was an assigned group project that required the design of a seating device that would provide multiple sitting positions as well as facilitate different seated activities.

​

Our group decided to pursue a sculptural aesthetic by focusing on base geometric forms and a simple, complementary colour palette.

The nesting ability of the bench and the accompanying table allows the table element to function as both a mid-height coffee table as well as a tall side table that can be positioned where needed.
